A new condominium project by Cresford at 42 Charles Street East (currently the YMCA building) is coming soon to downtown Toronto. Although the developer has not yet named this project, it's already referred as Casa 2. Details about this project are still very limited, however it's known that Casa 2 will be between 56-64 Storeys condo tower with approximately 570 units and 5 level of underground parking, located across the street from the Chaz on Charles at Yonge condo project.

This is a large project and the developer is working hard to get the details ready. The sales event will be around the end of April. Once we have a firm date, we shall be able to release all the details and send you your info pack a few days ahead of the sales event.
