Additionally, street level will also be incorporating laneways and woonerfs around the site to maximize accessibility to the main features of the building. Landscapes have also been proposed to be revitalized and the plantation of new trees of Portland street. Furthermore, the laneway network with wonnerf access from Portland Street will entail a convenient walkway straight to the 8,000 square foot part sitting on the
Southeast corner of Musee Condominium.
