

In October 2014 Carlyle acquired 128 Peter Street, a former nightclub located at the southwest corner of Peter Street & Richmond Street West, within the vibrant and burgeoning Entertainment District. The acquisition was driven around Carlyle’s continued focus on acquiring prime real estate in the popular and growing neighbourhood.

Since that time, Carlyle has gone on to assemble five additional properties generating a 17,500 sq. ft. development site in one of Toronto’s fastest growing neighbourhoods.
