How it works?
• One month rent + HST to find new tenant
• Property Management Fees - 6% (six percent) plus HST of the gross rental income received from the rental property.
• Residual funds will be paid to the Homeowner within 10 (ten) days of guest payment
• The Owner may terminate the program upon ninety (90) days written notice - from the first of the month - for any reason.
