How it works? 
One month rent + HST to find new tenant 
Property Management Fees - 6% (six percent) plus HST of the gross rental income received from the rental property. 
Residual funds will be paid to the Homeowner within 10 (ten) days of guest payment 
The Owner may terminate the program upon ninety (90) days written notice - from the first of the month - for any reason.
