This proposal joins one of several projects in the burgeoning Wilson Heights neighbourhood of North York, including two that were recently completed and four currently under construction. They’re part of a bigger plan seeking to densify the immediate area around the station. If all the active proposal get approved, the area has the potential to add thousands of new residential units to the neighbourhood.
Just west of the site at 30 Tippett Road is a growing commercial district, featuring a variety of restaurants and big-brand retailers, making it convenient for you to access all your day-to-day needs. From the station, it’s a quick twenty-minute ride into the downtown core and thanks to the newly-extended subway line, many other major destinations are minutes away, including York University and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
